What is included in the rent payment? 

Rent is inclusive of all utilities, appliances, washer and dryer, cable, Wi-Fi, community kitchen, one storage unit and access to the shared community room, therapy room, and gym. Additional fees will be charged for a designated parking stall, large capacity laundry, hair services, and special event room reservations.​
